The Great Sports / LineDrive Sportz and Champion Sports Academy renovation project of Hall II is nearing completion. We have painted the ceiling and walls; installed new lighting; installed 4 full batting cages that drop down from ceiling; 30,000 feet of the highest quality UBU synthetic turf is in the process of being installed; the parents and fans viewing balcony is coming along; and the ceiling nets and sliding dividers will be installed immediately after the turf is finished.
The site should be finished in December 2011. Upon completion of the project, facility photos will be posted. The facility will be unmatched in NW Ohio and SE Michigan and will be as good as any in the state. Now we have a community asset that will can assist in taking our athletes to the next level assisting each to become a Champion.
